What are the sizes of your storage units?
We have several options available for various storage and mini-warehousing needs. Give us a call at (920) 740-4721 to discuss your options!
Are your storage units climate-controlled?
While our units are not climate-controlled, they are built to protect your items against the weather, similar to a garage building. The units provide excellent shelter from the elements for your cars, trucks, recreational vehicles and other carefully stored items.
How long can I rent a storage unit?
We have flexible rental terms, with a one-month rental minimum. There is no maximum time limit to rent our storage units!
Do you provide locks?
You can either use our locks, or use your personal locks. We have no preference!
Are there any items I can’t store?
There are some items we can’t store onsite for safety and health reasons, including perishable items, flammable or explosive items, hazardous waste and similar items. Your lease will outline the items that are restricted, but you can always ask us if you’re not sure.
What’s the best way to pack my personal items?
We recommend packing small items in sealed boxes or storage tubs. Use bubble wrap to keep your fragile items safe. Label your boxes so you can easily find items you’ve packed.
Odd-sized or larger items should be wrapped in plastic sheeting, furniture covers or another type of protective covering that’s appropriate for the item.
What’s the best way to arrange my items in the storage unit?
Store heavier items in smaller boxes and keep those at the bottom of your stacks. You should always fill boxes to capacity and ensure that they close. Boxes that are partially filled can cause a collapse inside your unit, potentially damaging your items.
We also recommend using storage pallets to keep air flow around your items and to help keep cardboard boxes from getting damp. Have a system for grouping your items, such as by use, room or season.
As you arrange your items, be sure to leave a walkway so you can access items in the back, and leave your frequently used items near the door. Adding shelving units can help stabilize and organize your space.
